Pop down in your slippers.

The Alcampo supermarket is on the corner across the road and opens Monday to Saturday until ten at night. The pharmacy is on the same street. And a minute away: El Pez for vermouth and Mar del Norte for rice dishes.

Step out of the concert and three minutes later you’re on the sofa.

The Fórum Evolución has a 1,550-seat auditorium and hosts concerts, theatre and conferences all year round. Right next door is the Museum of Human Evolution. Both are 250 metres from your front door.

Work on the Cathedral began in 1221. You’ll be there in just over ten minutes.

Cross the Arlanzón by the Santa María bridge, walk through the Arco de Santa María and you’re at the Cathedral, where El Cid and Doña Jimena are buried. The Camino de Santiago (the Way of St James) passes 600 metres from your front door, and Las Huelgas, a monastery since 1187, is less than half an hour away.

Burgos has been welcoming visitors for over a million years.

Forum Evolucion Residence is an entire apartment for four on Calle Progreso, a three-minute walk from the Fórum Evolución. Keep scrolling and we’ll show you what’s around you, from the sofa to the Cathedral.

Home again.

A first-floor apartment with two large windows overlooking the street, in a residential building on Calle Progreso. It sleeps four: two in the queen bed and two on a sofa bed with an Italian-style opening system.

      The walk home, in 3D.

From a concert at the Fórum it’s three minutes; from the Cathedral, just over ten. We’ve recreated the walk with Burgos’s real buildings at their true heights, and you can watch it from above or up close.

        A few common-sense rules.

        What guests usually ask.

What if I arrive after 20:00?

No problem: just message us beforehand and we’ll sort it out. It’s self check-in, with the instructions we send you by message before your trip.

        Can I check out later?

Yes, until 12:00, if you ask in advance and no other guests are checking in that day. We’ll confirm by message.

Do I need to complete the guest registration?

Yes, Spanish law requires it for all accommodation. You do it on your phone before you arrive, and it takes a couple of minutes.

Do you require a security deposit?

        No.

        Can I bring my dog?

Only if we’ve agreed it before you book.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel free of charge until two days before arrival, at 23:59 Spanish time: if you arrive on Friday, until Wednesday. After that, or if you don't show up, the full amount is charged. You'll see the exact date before paying.
